B2B SaaS platform reducing friction for businesses selling direct to consumers — order management, shipping, payments, and fulfillment.

  • Built and owned DHL Express integration from scratch (rates, labels, tracking); completed reliable label purchase for enterprise clients, including holiday-aware retry when carrier pickup dates fall on non-business days
  • Created WooCommerce and Shopify platform integrations from scratch and the production WooCommerce plugin (OAuth connect, checkout rates, pickup points) — primary plugin author
  • Built G4S and Speedaf carrier integrations for Kenya domestic shipping, including tracking sync and rate logic
  • Extended public shipping-labels API, inventory stock tracking, pickup-point checkout, and payment/fulfillment workflows
  • Core backend engineer on a 3–7 person engineering team at a 30+ employee company; also owned React Native builds and app store releases in early startup phase
  • Supported production issues across label purchase, merchant onboarding, and client-specific integration debugging
